Placements Gilbert Enr. was founded in 1993, Its role is to manage several buildings on behalf of the Group. One of these is the Desjardins building located on the most busiest street in the town of Saguenay. This is a high quality four story building offering about 40 000 square feet of spacious rented office space.
The other buildings are occupied by industrial tenants and are located in Quebec, Chicoutimi, Jonquière and Alma. Many of these buildings are located in an industrial zone at the junction of highways 70 and 170 in Chicoutimi.
