Founded in 1993, Placements Gilbert s.e.n.c. owns all the buildings from Groupe Gilbert. One of its finest buildings is located in the busiest area of Saguenay. This 4-story building offers nearly 40000 ft²of rental space. We also own several industrial buildings that are located in Quebec, Saguenay (Chicoutimi, Jonquière) and Alma. Most of them are located in the industrial park, near highway 70, in Saguenay.
